9th Circuit Revives Ad Fraud Suit Against Google – Powered by an Oxford Biochron Study

A federal appellate panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is breathing new life into a suit against
Google, holding it accountable for unrecognized ad fraud. The court found that the plaintiff had produced outside studies, including one conducted by Oxford BioChronometrics, that were “sufficient to draw the reasonable inference” that his ad campaigns “suffered higher-than-advertised rates of fraudulent clicks not caught by Google’s filters, and that he accordingly paid for more fraudulent clicks than Google advertised he would.”
